This low impact yoga session is highly beneficial for clients with arthritis, disc or joint replacement. The session is conducted in water. You don’t need to know how to swim, or have had yoga experience to participate. Water is hip deep, no pose requires you to submerge your head in the water, additionally we use floats to support your balance.

Strength exercises are developed to counter act water resistance. This gradually builds your muscular strength.
